That’s the fifth breach of $37k to the upside in the last two weeks though the two times we approached $38k the market blinked. I am looking forward to that 40-handle.
Curious Cryptos’ Commentary – A crypto naysayer
Senator Elizabeth Warren is out motivating her “anti-crypto” army with a flurry of interviews and other social media shenanigans. Her desire for coercion and control makes her fit to be a representative in Russia, China, or North Korea, not the U.S. which – contrary to her wishes – will not sponsor a dollar based CBDC.
Her outburst is partially responsible for the overnight rally in BTC and other cryptos, for her worldview only ever results in a depreciation of the dollar against all hard assets.
Still, no hard feelings, and to prove it, I have bought this sweatshirt as a Thanksgiving present for her:

A spot BTC ETF is now a slam dunk. SEC officials met with Grayscale executives and their lawyers on November 20th, 2023:
“The discussion concerned NYSE Arca, Inc.’s proposed rule change to list and trade shares of the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (BTC) under NYSE Arca Rule 8.201-E.”
